The Hue Box is a thoughtfully designed color pencil packaging solution that addresses key challenges in mass-produced sets. Traditional packaging often limits color visibility and accessibility, making it difficult for users to view and select multiple shades effortlessly.

To design a color pencil packaging for Staedtler that is easy to carry, durable, and user-friendly, while ensuring secure storage and quick access to pencils, making the overall drawing experience more seamless and efficient for artists.
RESEARCH INSIGHTS
Color pencils had the similar packaging throughout most of the brands Only less quantity products had more user friendly packaging the staedtler packaging was not secure Most of the damages in the paper packaging was on the closing area.

The origami inspired design allows it to transform into a stable stand, making it ideal for working in limited spaces. This setup ensures easy access to all colors while keeping the workspace compact and organized.
The design features a foldable origami-inspired design, allowing for quick, compact storage. One fold makes it easy to carry like a clutch, while the other lays flat for convenient storage in a bag among books, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
The Hue Box combines efficiency, adaptability, and space-conscious design, making it the most practical and economical choice. Its dual-folding system ensures seamless portability, compact storage, and easy access, redefining color pencil packaging with smart functionality.
