Beyond the Commute
The concept unifies the city's fragmented transit options under one identity derived directly from the user needs.

For OneCommute, I designed a unified mobility platform to solve the fragmentation of Bangalore's transit system. My solution integrates the city's three critical transport pillars—Namma Metro, BMTC buses, and auto-rickshaws—into a single, cohesive interface.
The core of the solution is the "Straight-Forward Commute" feature, which stitches together multi-modal trips seamlessly, allowing users to book an auto or check bus timings without juggling multiple apps.
The Application
To further streamline the experience, I introduced "The OnePass," a universal monthly subscription that handles ticketing and payments across all transit modes automatically.
Recognizing that a commute is often chaotic, I designed the UI with a "clarity-first" philosophy, prioritizing familiar interaction patterns and instant readability over complex engagement features
